Description

Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications for LATAM and ANZ time zones.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute the ServiceNow product backlog in collaboration with the team.
• Implement minor and major system enhancements.
• Analyze metrics to assess application performance.
• Resolve escalated L2-L4 incidents and manage service requests.
• Maintain and enhance the reliability of the CSM module.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Direct experience maintaining the CSM module.
• Ability to support L2-L4 incident escalation processes.
• Experience working across LATAM or ANZ time zones.
• Any Graduate degree.
