Description

You will own the end-to-end ServiceNow development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through design, development, and production deployment. You will partner directly with customers to translate business needs into sustainable technical solutions, challenging design ideas to prevent unsustainable customization. As a culture carrier, you will implement team standards and improve technical and soft processes. Your role requires independent problem-solving, effective cross-timezone communication, and strict adherence to agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead service implementation projects with multiple clients in complex network environments.
• Design and develop ServiceNow UIs, data models, and integrations following CSDM standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver independent, scalable solutions.
• Enforce coding standards and critique design proposals to ensure long-term maintainability.
• Apply agile methodologies across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of general software development experience with strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, and architecture.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Proficiency in scripting languages, specifically Python.
• Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules and ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong database development concepts and experience modeling data in ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with Snowflake data environments.
• ITIL certification.
• Experience working within a ServiceNow partner consultancy or similar professional services environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in highly complex network architectures.
• Proven track record of improving team processes and technical standards.
