Role Overview:

This role is for a ServiceNow Developer Lead, focusing on architecture, design, development, and support within IT, particularly for ServiceNow ITSM and CSM. The lead will drive large-scale enterprise solutions, integrating complex systems, and guiding technical teams through various phases from requirements to application support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture, requirements, design, development, testing, and application support for ServiceNow ITSM and CSM.
• Build data processing and ETL solutions, with a preference for Tableau/Power BI visualization and ML experience.
• Architect and design large-scale enterprise solutions, including enterprise BSS systems.
• Implement and integrate complex systems and platforms, including COTS, SaaS, and 3rd party solutions, using industry standard frameworks and technologies.
• Contribute to end-to-end strategic solutions and roadmaps within an Architecture group.
• Engage in hands-on system development and integration design.
• Lead large matrix-managed technical teams, potentially including multiple vendors.

Required Skills:

• ServiceNow (CSM, ITSM)
• System development and integration design experience (Angular, Spring, Spring Boot, J2EE, API Gateway, MySQL, Distributed systems architecture)
• Knowledge of BSS, OSS, IT, and industry standards (TMF, MEF, ITIL, IETF, IEEE)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering/information systems or similar technical area.
• 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least five years in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, architecture, requirements & design, development, testing, and application support.
• 1+ year building data processing and ETL solutions, Tableau/Power BI for visualization.
• 4+ years of MSO/Telecommunications experience with functional and technical skills in enterprise BSS systems and Solutions architecture.
• 4+ years of experience architecting and designing large scale Enterprise solutions.
• 2+ years of experience implementing or integrating complex systems and platforms.
• 2+ years of experience in an Architecture group working on strategic solutions and roadmaps.

Preferred Skills:

• Master’s degree.
• ML experience.
• Experience in AI technologies including LLMs, co-pilot
