Responsibilities

• Design and implement customized ServiceNow solutions tailored to specific organizational needs.
• Configure complex workflows and access controls to ensure platform functionality.
• Develop features to meet GRC-CAM compliance requirements.
• Lead the technical implementation of platform modules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
• Experience with GRC-CAM.
• Ability to configure complex workflows and access controls.
• Degree in any field of study.
