Description

You will architect and implement complex solutions across the ServiceNow platform as a senior technical lead.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect solutions across ITSM, ITOM, GRC, HRSD, and Custom Applications to streamline operations.
• Lead the design of complex ITSM workflows, Discovery, Event Management, and CMDB configurations.
• Oversee development and data management for integrations between ServiceNow and external systems like Workday or Active Directory.
• Manage small projects for Custom Application builds from requirement alignment to delivery and documentation.
• Mentor junior developers on advanced scripting techniques and platform best practices.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in IT, software development, or ServiceNow administration.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Developer certification.
• At least 3 additional ServiceNow module certifications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, HTTP, and XML.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience designing and maintaining technical documentation and Knowledge Base articles.

Preferred Skills

• 4 years of experience building or maintaining REST APIs.
• 4 years of experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Integration Hub, Managed Spokes, and Custom Spokes.
