Description

You will own the design, development, and customization of solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop configurations, including form and field dictionary management, layout changes, and related list modifications.
• Build and customize workflows for Service Catalog, fulfillment requests, change management, and problem management.
• Develop client-side objects such as Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and UI Scripts.
• Manage data integration through the creation and modification of advanced transform map scripts and Import Set scripts.
• Configure and troubleshoot ACLs, SLAs, schedules, notifications, dashboards, and reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
• Proficiency in writing Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
• Experience developing server-side logic using Business Rules and Script Includes.
• Hands-on expertise with Service Catalog and workflow engine customization.
• Ability to manage and validate ACLs for security and troubleshooting.
• Experience with advanced transform maps and Import Set scripts for data migration.
• Strong debugging skills to resolve complex script-related issues.
• Knowledge of configuration management principles.
