Description

You build and maintain enterprise workflows and custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ITSM, ITOM, and custom applications within the ServiceNow environment.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow functionality using Scoped Applications, Business Rules, and Flow Designer.
• Build integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
• Manage Service Portal development, including widget and AngularJS customizations.
• Implement and manage ServiceNow Security controls, including ACLs and Roles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript and the Glide API.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices, Jenkins, and Git.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow DevOps and ATF for testing.
• Experience integrating with external tools, specifically Azure.
• Understanding of Service Catalog and Asset Management within ServiceNow.
