Description

You will build and maintain Third Party Risk Management capabilities within the existing ServiceNow environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather and refine requirements through story grooming and define implementation approaches.
• Perform design, impact analysis, and define test scenarios.
• Execute ServiceNow configuration, development, and deployment across non-production and production environments.
• Conduct unit and system testing, troubleshoot defects, and implement fixes.
• Provide production support and manage workflow requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Expertise in Access Control Management (ACLs), Business Rules, and UI Actions.
• Hands-on experience with forms, batch job support, transform maps, and mapping.
• Proficiency in Client and Server Side scripting using JavaScript.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations via REST/SOAP and file-based methods.
• Ability to manage notifications, reporting, and dashboarding.
• Experience with Workflow management.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SQL, HTML/CSS, AJAX, XML, and structural programming concepts.
• Experience with AWS, Python, and Instance Data Replication (IDR).
