Description

You will develop and administer ServiceNow applications to automate manual tasks for Server Administration and Network Operations teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Automate repeatable tasks for Server Administration and Network Operations Center teams.
• Customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, UI/Forms, and Business Rules.
• Create ServiceNow views and reports to support configuration management workflows.
• Implement and configure ITSM processes, including data imports and transforms.
• Analyze procedure effectiveness and develop strategies for continuous improvement using ITIL best practices.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of experience working on the ServiceNow Platform.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide APIs.
• ITIL Certification.
• Knowledge of Jelly, JEXL, HTML, XML, and Bootstrap.
• Experience with Scrum SDLC methodology.
• Experience with database reporting tools.
• Experience writing policy and procedure regarding ITSM best practices.
• Experience with Business Process Re-Design Improvement (BPR/I).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare industry experience.
