Description

You will design, architect, and implement technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform using an architecture-first principle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement HRSD solutions, specifically focusing on Employee Center Pro.
• Translate HR processes into technical ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts on technical stories to ensure delivery during Sprint cycles.
• Lead customer meetings and provide technical leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Develop integrations using Integration Hub, SOAP, REST, Data Sources, Import Sets, and Transform maps.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of ServiceNow experience.
• 3+ years of technical architecture experience.
• Proven implementation experience with HRSD and Employee Center Pro modules.
• Expertise in ServiceNow client-side and server-side JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
• Strong background in solution architecture and technical design for user experience.
• Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments using Scrum methodology.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Back-End and Integrations (SOAP, REST, Integration Hub).

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD.
• Experience with Service Portal/Employee Center components using AngularJS, Bootstrap 3, CSS, and HTML7.
