Description

You will design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications to support IT service management workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure ServiceNow forms, views, and layouts based on business requirements.
• Develop custom scripts using JavaScript, Glide API, and UI scripting to extend platform functionality.
• Manage core modules including Incident, Change, and Service Catalog processes.
• Design and implement automation workflows using Flow Designer and low-code/no-code tools.
• Model data relationships and optimize the ServiceNow data schema for performance and integrity.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and UI scripting within the ServiceNow platform.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow data models, tables, and relationships.
• Hands-on experience with Incident, Change, and Service Catalog modules.
• Ability to create efficient workflows using Flow Designer.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex script issues.
• Clear communication skills for documenting technical solutions and collaborating with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
