Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead ServiceNow development and configuration activities for ITSM and workflow automation solutions.
• Design and implement workflows and process automation based on business requirements.
• Manage ServiceNow integrations with external applications.
• Plan and deliver ServiceNow enhancements, releases, and implementations.
• Lead, mentor, and manage ServiceNow development teams to ensure quality delivery.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to improve ServiceNow solutions and processes.

Experience Required:

• 10-12 years of experience in ServiceNow development and delivery leadership.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform and ITSM modules.
• Experience in workflow design, process automation, and integrations.
• Proven experience managing development teams and ServiceNow projects.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
