Lead ServiceNow development and configuration for ITSM and workflow automation solutions while managing delivery teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow development and configuration activities for ITSM and workflow automation.
• Design and implement workflows and process automation based on business requirements.
• Manage ServiceNow integrations with external applications.
• Plan and deliver ServiceNow enhancements, releases, and implementations.
• Lead, mentor, and manage ServiceNow development teams to ensure quality delivery.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of experience in ServiceNow development and delivery leadership.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform and ITSM modules.
• Experience in workflow design, process automation, and integrations.
• Proven experience managing development teams and ServiceNow projects.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with System Integration and Project Management.

Preferred Skills

• Post Graduation or any Graduate degree.
