Description

You will design, develop, and support custom and out-of-the-box ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on Vulnerability Response.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom ServiceNow enhancements and applications.
• Conduct requirements analysis to translate business needs into technical deliveries.
• Maintain compliance with security best practices, reference architecture, and CI/CD methodologies.
• Participate in design discussions, code walkthroughs, and peer programming sessions.
• Provide technical guidance to customers and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, specifically with Vulnerability Response.
• Hands-on experience managing both out-of-the-box and custom ServiceNow applications.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow system administration.
• Experience with CI/CD development and release methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for requirements gathering.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work independently or within a team swarm setting.
• Effective communication skills for presenting designs to various stakeholder levels.
