Role Overview
✅ Develop, maintain, enhance, and support ServiceNow applications
✅ Work closely with an established engineering team on ongoing projects
✅ Support production issues and application enhancements
✅ Contribute to the team's technology roadmap and platform improvements
✅ Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint execution
🔹 Day-to-Day Responsibilities
✔️ Collaborate with fellow engineers in an Agile environment
✔️ Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning
✔️ Review and prioritize Jira backlog items
✔️ Develop, test, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows
✔️ Provide production support throughout each sprint
✔️ Support Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives within ServiceNow
🔹 Ideal Candidate
✅ Strong hands-on ServiceNow Development experience
✅ Experience with ServiceNow GRC is highly preferred
✅ Experience working with additional SaaS applications beyond ServiceNow
✅ Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies
✅ Comfortable with both custom ServiceNow development and out-of-the-box platform capabilities
✅ Able to work independently with minimal supervision and a strong sense of ownership
