Description

You will develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services, focusing on ITAM and ITOM workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage ITAM and ITOM processes and workflows.
• Write and maintain JavaScript code for ServiceNow applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in ITAM and ITOM.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
• Experience with workflows.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Administrator.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and ITIL processes.
