Description

You will own ServiceNow customization and workflow development for ITAM and ITOM processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ITAM and ITOM workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
• Customize ServiceNow functionality using JavaScript to meet specific business requirements.
• Manage technical implementations related to IT Asset Management and IT Operations Management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow.
• Proven experience in ITAM (IT Asset Management) development.
• Proven experience in ITOM (IT Operations Management) development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript for ServiceNow customization.
• Previous experience working at Capital One.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
