Description

You will develop and configure ServiceNow modules, focusing on ITSM and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Build Change Management workflows featuring CAB approvals and risk calculators.
• Implement IGA workflows for identity provisioning and deprovisioning using JML processes.
• Integrate ServiceNow with Active Directory, M365, and disconnected systems via APIs.
• Configure CMDB data models, health dashboards, and automated test scripts (ATF).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript, GlideRecord, and Flow Designer scripting skills.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Experience with IGA workflows and access governance.
• Proficiency with PowerShell, M365, and Active Directory.
• Experience with UI Policies, Business Rules, and ServiceNow ATF.
• Knowledge of RBAC logic and birthright access provisioning.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist · ITSM.
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
• Certifications in IAM/IGA platforms.
