Description

You will develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITAM, CMDB, and data integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced scripts using JavaScript, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
• Implement data normalization, reconciliation, and enrichment processes for asset data.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs.
• Manage asset lifecycle and configuration via ITAM and CMDB modules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Expert proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting within ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with ITAM and CMDB modules.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow REST APIs and external system integration.
• Proficiency in ETL processes and data transformation within ServiceNow.
• Experience working with XML and ServiceNow APIs.
• Familiarity with Glide API.
