Description

You will develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain ITSM and ITOM workflows.
• Develop custom functionality using JavaScript within ServiceNow.
• Configure and extend ITAM processes in ServiceNow.
• Ensure solution stability and performance across the platform.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall professional experience.
• Expertise in ServiceNow ITAM.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM.
• Proficiency in designing and managing ServiceNow workflows.
• Strong command of JavaScript.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
