Description

You will develop, maintain, and support ServiceNow applications while providing production support and contributing to the platform's technology roadmap.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and custom modules.
• Support production issues and drive application enhancements within Agile sprints.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to review and prioritize Jira backlog items.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, daily stand-ups, and sprint planning.
• Support Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives within the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Development experience.
• Proficiency with custom ServiceNow development and out-of-the-box platform capabilities.
• Strong experience working in an Agile environment using Jira for backlog management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience supporting production issues and resolving application defects.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies within the SaaS ecosystem.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• Experience working with additional SaaS applications beyond ServiceNow.
