Description

You will design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions by gathering requirements, building configurations, implementing integrations, and supporting module deployments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Design and develop custom applications, custom rules, and platform customizations.
• Configure and develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and ACLs.
• Build and manage workflows using Flow Designer, including Flow Actions and Subflows.
• Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Solid experience in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript and Glide API.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow Business Rules, customizations, and custom development.
• Strong expertise in Flow Designer, Flow Actions, and automation.
• Experience working on integrations using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience implementing or enhancing ServiceNow modules, ITSM preferred.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow data model, security, and performance considerations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ITSM module implementation or enhancement.
