Description

You will design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules including Policy & Compliance, BCM, Risk, Audit, and Vendor Risk.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules to meet business requirements.
• Automate risk assessments, compliance attestations, and issue management through custom workflows.
• Map policies to control objectives to identify, assess, and mitigate operational and IT risks.
• Support internal and external audits by tracking evidence and managing remediation efforts.
• Build dashboards and reports to monitor control frameworks and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow GRC/IRM applications and architecture.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development using Script Includes, Client Scripts, and Business Rules.
• Experience designing and managing workflows.
• Practical knowledge of GRC frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
• Ability to map technical risks to business impacts and translate requirements into platform capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree.

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance.
