Description

Configure and maintain ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules including Policy & Compliance, BCM, Risk, Audit, and Vendor Risk.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow GRC/IRM configurations for risk and compliance workflows.
• Develop Script Includes, Client Scripts, and Business Rules to automate risk assessments and issue management.
• Map policies to control objectives and assist with internal/external audits and evidence tracking.
• Create dashboards and reports for control frameworks and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR).
• Collaborate with security and IT teams to translate technical risks into platform capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow GRC/IRM architecture and configuration.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting: Script Includes, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and workflows.
• Knowledge of GRC frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
• Experience in risk management methodologies and control mapping.
• Ability to map technical risks to business impacts.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance certification.
