Description

You will own the end-to-end management of ServiceNow enhancements and defect resolutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow enhancements and defects.
• Research and implement solutions for incidents and requests within the platform.
• Leverage business process understanding to propose technical and non-technical solutions.
• Create automated test scripts for future upgrade releases.
• Coordinate and publish HR Knowledgebase articles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow configuration experience or 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 2+ years of experience using JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience defining, documenting, and refining requirements.
• Experience with end-to-end test planning and execution.
• Minimum of 2+ years of Business/Systems Analyst experience in ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and platform processes.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality of employee record data.
