Description

You will develop and administer ServiceNow instances to support custom applications and integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and maintain user interfaces using Service Portal and UI Builder.
• Manage the ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and service mapping.
• Implement authentication mechanisms including OAuth, SAML, and Single Sign-On (SSO).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and the Glide API.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow UI Builder and Service Portal.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Working understanding of OAuth, SAML, and SSO protocols.
• Solid grasp of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB.
• Experience with service mapping.
