Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, owning the full lifecycle from design to deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Notifications.
• Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Order Guides, and associated workflows.
• Implement Access Control Lists (ACLs) to manage data security and configure LDAP integration.
• Automate business processes using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via SOAP/REST APIs and perform data imports using Import Sets.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, and CSM modules.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and LDAP configuration.
• Knowledge of Orchestration and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Familiarity with recent ServiceNow releases (Quebec, Rome, Tokyo).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jira for project tracking and issue management.
