Description

You will develop and administer solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow components including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Notifications.
• Build and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Order Guides, and workflows.
• Configure and manage ACLs, SLAs, dashboards, and reports, and automate processes using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and configure LDAP for user management.
• Support and customize modules across ITSM, HRSD, and ITOM, including service mapping and CMDB customization.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of strong ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, and CSM modules.
• Experience with integrations, Orchestration, and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Familiarity with the latest ServiceNow releases (Quebec, Rome, Tokyo).
• Experience with Agile tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
