Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions including forms, workflows, interfaces, and custom code to support business processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance core applications such as Service Catalog, Service Portal, Incidents, Knowledge Base, Project & Portfolio, and Reporting.
• Administer the ServiceNow platform, performing issue resolution, performance mitigation, and regular health checks.
• Develop and implement custom code, screen tailoring, workflow administration, data imports, and third-party integrations.
• Troubleshoot core components including AD, LDAP, and SSO, and provide technical documentation like system architecture and use case diagrams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the SDLC to deliver solutions on time using Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong scripting proficiency in JavaScript and Glide.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services (minimum 1 year).
• Hands-on experience with Service Catalog, Service Portal, and Incident Management.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Ability to identify deficiencies and recommend continuous improvement solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting experience in CSS, AngularJS, jQuery, or Jelly.
• 3+ years of REST/SOAP web services experience.
• Familiarity with Performance Analytics, Power BI, and ServiceNow certifications (CIS, Admin).
