Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications with a focus on ITSM and ITOM modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure ServiceNow platforms to meet business requirements.
• Develop and deploy ITSM and ITOM solutions.
• Maintain platform stability and performance through regular updates.
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine solution specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Deep expertise in ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Proficiency in scripting within the ServiceNow environment.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data models.
• Ability to work independently in a remote capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex ITOM integrations.
• Previous remote work tenure of 3+ years.
