Description

Execute end-to-end implementations and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.

Configure automation use cases using Flow Designer and Integration Hub spokes. Enable and configure Service Graph and other integration methods. Develop and maintain scripted APIs. Execute end-to-end implementations of CMDB data.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure CMDB data structures.
• Build automation workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub spokes.
• Enable Service Graph and manage other integration methods.
• Develop and maintain scripted APIs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB, ITOM, and ITAM.
• Proficiency in CMDB data management and implementation.
• Experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub spokes.
• Knowledge of Service Graph integration methods.
• Ability to create scripted APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
