Lead design and development of complex applications on the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution development for complex projects.
• Design and build modularized, object-oriented software on ServiceNow.
• Consult on technical decisions by analyzing options, risks, and trade-offs.
• Deliver complex projects on schedule through effective technical leadership.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• Expertise in writing JavaScript code.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Experience with SOA technologies, specifically REST and SOAP.
• Strong background in object-oriented and modularized software development.
• Experience with Service Portal or UI Builder using AngularJS or React frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI/ML technologies and LLM models.
