What's the Job?

• Enhance and optimize the existing Contract Intake application within ServiceNow to improve usability and data validation.
• Develop and update workflows, business rules, and UI policies to support contract approval processes.
• Implement and refine integration between ServiceNow and Costpoint using MuleSoft APIs for seamless data exchange.
• Ensure accurate data mapping and transformation between ServiceNow and financial systems.
• Configure Service Catalog items and notifications related to contract management and approvals.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in ServiceNow development, including workflows, catalog, and scripting (Advanced level).
• Strong integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs (Advanced level).
• Proficiency with JavaScript Glide API and ServiceNow scripting (Intermediate level).
• Knowledge of ITIL processes such as Request, Change, and Access Management.
• Experience with MuleSoft integration and contract management processes (Intermediate level)
