Description

Develop and optimize the Contract Intake application within ServiceNow, focusing on usability, data validation, and contract approval workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the Contract Intake application by developing and updating workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
• Implement and refine integrations between ServiceNow and Costpoint using MuleSoft APIs for seamless data exchange.
• Ensure accurate data mapping and transformation between ServiceNow and financial systems.
• Configure Service Catalog items and notifications related to contract management and approvals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in ServiceNow development, including workflows, catalog, and scripting.
• Advanced proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs for integration.
• Intermediate proficiency with JavaScript Glide API and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with MuleSoft integration.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes such as Request, Change, and Access Management.
