Description

Enhance and optimize the Contract Intake application within ServiceNow, focusing on usability and data validation. You will develop workflows, business rules, and UI policies for contract approval processes, while implementing integrations between ServiceNow and Costpoint using MuleSoft APIs. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update workflows, business rules, and UI policies to support contract approval processes.
• Implement and refine integration between ServiceNow and Costpoint using MuleSoft APIs for seamless data exchange.
• Ensure accurate data mapping and transformation between ServiceNow and financial systems.
• Configure Service Catalog items and notifications related to contract management and approvals.
• Enhance and optimize the existing Contract Intake application to improve usability and data validation.

Required Skills

• Proven ServiceNow development experience (Advanced level), including workflows, catalog, and scripting.
• Strong integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs (Advanced level).
• Proficiency with JavaScript Glide API and ServiceNow scripting (Intermediate level).
• Experience with MuleSoft integration and contract management processes (Intermediate level).
• Knowledge of ITIL processes such as Request, Change, and Access Management.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with financial systems integration.
