Description

You will enhance the Contract Intake application within ServiceNow, focusing on usability, data validation, and workflow optimization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update workflows, business rules, and UI policies to support contract approval processes.
• Implement and refine integrations between ServiceNow and Costpoint using MuleSoft APIs for seamless data exchange.
• Ensure accurate data mapping and transformation between ServiceNow and financial systems.
• Configure Service Catalog items and notifications related to contract management.

Required Skills

• Proven ServiceNow development experience (5+ years), including workflows, catalog, and scripting.
• Advanced proficiency with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of JavaScript Glide API and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with MuleSoft integration and contract management processes.
• K knowledge of ITIL processes such as Request, Change, and Access Management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience optimizing existing applications for usability and data validation.
