Description

You will enhance and optimize the Contract Intake application within ServiceNow, focusing on usability and data validation. You will develop workflows, business rules, and UI policies to support contract approval processes. You will implement integrations between ServiceNow and Costpoint using MuleSoft APIs for seamless data exchange and ensure accurate data mapping. You will also configure Service Catalog items and notifications related to contract management.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and optimize the Contract Intake application for improved usability and validation.
• Develop and update workflows, business rules, and UI policies for contract approvals.
• Implement and refine ServiceNow-to-Costpoint integrations via MuleSoft APIs.
• Configure Service Catalog items and notifications for contract management.
• Ensure accurate data mapping and transformation between ServiceNow and financial systems.

Required Skills

• Proven ServiceNow development experience (Advanced level).
• Strong integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs (Advanced level).
• Proficiency with JavaScript Glide API and ServiceNow scripting (Intermediate level).
• Experience with MuleSoft integration (Intermediate level).
• Knowledge of ITIL processes including Request, Change, and Access Management.
• 5+ years of professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with contract management processes.
