Description

You will build, implement, and maintain ServiceNow platform technologies, workflows, and integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement platform technologies and workflows within ServiceNow.
• Maintain and optimize existing ServiceNow integrations.
• Develop custom applications and scripts using JavaScript.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
• Present technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow experience in platform implementation and maintenance.
• Valid ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification, or the ability to obtain it within 6 months.
• 2+ years of JavaScript development experience.
• 2+ years of RESTful or SOAP web services experience.
• 2+ years of experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM or EC Pro.
• Experience in custom application development within the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience mentoring or educating less-experienced staff.
