Description

You will maintain and optimize existing ServiceNow backlogs, configurations, and system processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing ServiceNow configurations and backlog items.
• Perform maintenance work on Service Desk and TSM modules.
• Manage incident management processes and fix attribute errors.
• Update and correct process flows within the platform.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with Service Desk modules.
• Proficiency in TSM incident management.
• Experience fixing attributes and managing process flows.
• Ability to work within an existing codebase without new development.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
