Description

You will develop, implement, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to mature ITSM processes across Change, Incident, Problem, CMDB, Asset, and Release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and code within ServiceNow development and production environments.
• Mature ITSM processes and ITIL governance through automation.
• Manage ServiceNow portal development, reporting, and management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize efforts based on business value.
• Assist in governance processes for developing written policies, standards, and procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 3+ years of experience with ITSM and ITIL process governance.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for coding within ServiceNow environments.
• Proven track record of successful upgrades and code migrations through at least 4 versions.
• Experience with ServiceNow portal development and reporting.
• Experience working in highly regulated industries and following ServiceNow governance models.
• Experience managing OLA, SLA, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow and ITIL certifications.
• Experience with ServiceNow deployments including Utah and Vancouver.
