Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions to support software engineering initiatives and resolve technical issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions for software engineering initiatives.
• Consult on and participate in moderately complex projects, analyzing and resolving technical issues.
• Collaborate with client personnel to gather requirements and deliver functional solutions.
• Ensure all development adheres to established policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Contribute to large-scale planning for software engineering deliverables.

Required Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification (mandatory).
• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Quality Assurance experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience contributing to large-scale planning for software engineering deliverables.
