Description

You will provide hands-on development and technical solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform, focusing on scalable and maintainable custom applications and OOTB implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions for integrations and CMDB aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and communicate them clearly to clients.
• Write and estimate stories while maintaining quality through sprint demos and technical documentation.
• Mentor junior developers regarding technical design standards and implementation practices.
• Research vendor solutions and technology partners to facilitate client integrations.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• At least 2 CIS certifications or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Knowledge of ITIL Foundation level or higher.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, SSO, SAML, SSL, and Web Services.
• Proficiency in JavaScript scripting including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, AngularJS, and Jelly.
• Experience implementing systems using Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Strong technical consulting experience with professional English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• ITIL Foundations Certification.
