Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, focusing on ITSM configuration and API integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications within the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure ITSM Catalog items and workflows.
• Build and manage API integrations with external systems.
• Apply ITIL principles to service management processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM Catalog configuration.
• Conceptual understanding of ITIL frameworks.
• Proficiency in web technologies including HTML and XML.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex external system integrations.
