Description

You will build custom ServiceNow portals, automate platform processes, and manage integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom ServiceNow portals and interfaces using UIBuilder.
• Configure automated workflows via Flow Designer, business rules, and scheduled jobs.
• Implement Performance Analytics for platform data tracking and reporting.
• Manage integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID server APIs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency with UIBuilder.
• Experience configuring Customer Service, HRSD, and Service Portal.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow APIs including REST, SOAP, and MID server.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation and Flow Designer.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Strong JavaScript skills.
• Experience with Angular, HTML, and CSS.
