Description

You will design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions to meet business objectives while ensuring platform stability.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions with minimal customization.
• Implement and maintain ITSM, ITAM, and custom applications.
• Build user interfaces, workflows, and integrations with external systems.
• Model data within ServiceNow using the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Provide technical mentorship and support to junior developers.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.
• At least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency in SDLC models, data structures, and algorithms.
• Strong understanding of database development and software architecture.
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of ITSM and ITAM modules.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CSDM, data modeling, and UI development in ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with Snowflake integrations and Python scripting.
