Description

You will design, build, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD solutions, handling everything from custom application development to complex troubleshooting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules, including workflows, integrations, and custom applications.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with Architects and Business Analysts.
• Execute unit and integration testing for HRSD solutions and document technical designs and release notes.
• Provide advanced support and troubleshoot complex issues within the ServiceNow HRSD environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with at least 2 years focused on HRSD.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow Scripting.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD configuration, including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Portal Development.
• Certified ServiceNow Application Developer with HRSD focus.
• Experience working in Agile development methodologies.
• Strong ability to document technical designs and maintenance procedures.
