Description

You will design, build, and maintain ServiceNow solutions focusing on ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ITSM workflows using Flow Designer and platform-specific scripting.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Manage CMDB structure, data models, and lifecycle metrics.
• Implement security controls, including ACLs and RBAC, and configure forms and lists.
• Deliver features using Agile methodologies and sprint-based cycles.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and platform scripting.
• Strong experience with ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management) and ITAM (Hardware/Software Asset Management).
• Proven ability to design and implement integrations via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Experience with Service Portal and custom application development.
