Description

You will design, develop, and maintain applications and integrations on the ServiceNow platform, owning the technical solution from requirement gathering to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop ServiceNow applications, including Flow Designer, Decision Tables, and Workspace customizations.
• Design and implement third-party integrations using various API patterns and delegated development models.
• Execute comprehensive testing strategies including Automated Test Framework (ATF), unit testing, and functional testing.
• Optimize database queries and manage large datasets to ensure system performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams to solve complex problems across distributed systems.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform.
• 5+ years of experience building ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in software architecture, data structures, algorithms, and SDLC models.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, database application concepts, and query optimization.
• Experience with Entitlements, Delegated Development, and integration patterns.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
• Experience with Python, Perl, AngularJS, or Node.js.
• Familiarity with SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, and web UI usability concepts.
