Description

You will manage the implementation, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Implement, administer, and maintain ServiceNow enhancements and core applications.
• Develop custom applications and customize core platform features.
• Configure workflows and automate tasks using Orchestrator and Workflow Editor.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via SOAP and REST web services.
• Manage day-to-day platform tasks and coordinate with internal teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer credential.
• Hands-on experience with REST web services and SOAP.
• Proficiency in configuring workflows through Orchestrator and Workflow Editor.
• Experience creating and customizing applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Ability to manage daily planning and organizational tasks.
• Strong written and presentation skills for technical communication.
• Any Graduate degree.
