Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow instances, focusing on scripting, ITSM workflows, and integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom scripts within the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and manage ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and SLA management.
• Implement and manage integrations using REST and SOAP protocols.
• Ensure technical requirements align with standard ITSM workflows.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Working knowledge of ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and SLA.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
